Understanding the Pricing Plan Details Page

Goal: Understand how to navigate a Pricing Plan detail page and use its reporting, configuration, and product management tools.

Navigating to a Pricing Plan

You can access any pricing plan from the Dynamic Pricing Dashboard.

  1. Open the Dynamic Pricing tab from the Pricing menu.

  2. Scroll to the table beneath the dashboard.

  3. Click on the pricing plan you want to review — this opens the Pricing Plan Details page.

Overview of the Pricing Plan Details Page

The page is divided into three main sections:

  1. Top-Level Metrics

  2. Reporting Metrics & Performance Graphs

  3. Tabs for Prices, Products, Configuration, and Relationships

1. Top-Level Details

At the top of the page, you’ll see a summary of essential plan information:

  • Pricing plan name
  • Current price

  • Last price optimization
  • Assigned pricing strategy

You can also toggle Show Timeline Metrics.
This view displays product-level performance metrics over time, such as:

  • Margin trends

  • Unit sales movement

  • Historical velocity

  • Price changes

This timeline helps you understand how pricing decisions have influenced performance.

2. Reporting Metrics & Performance Graphs

The second section mirrors the metrics found in the Dynamic Pricing Dashboard.
For definitions, refer to the DP Dashboard Glossary.

Metrics include:

  • Gross Contribution Dollars (GCD)
  • Volume Retention Cost
  • Units Above Forecast
  • Sales Above Forecast
  • Reference Conversion Rate

Average Sales Price (ASP), and more

Performance Graphs

This section also includes charts showing:

  • GCD accumulation over time (incremental value gained or lost)

  • Average Sales Price (ASP) over time

  • Reference conversion rate (30-day organic CVR trend)

These charts help visualize how pricing strategy and marketplace conditions have influenced revenue and velocity.

Action Tabs

Use this tab to:

  • Review all price changes made
  • Analyze price elasticity at different price points
  • View Amazon pricing details
  • Add competitor ASINs for price tracking

This tab is ideal for understanding how price changes correlate with results.

Products Tab

This tab shows all products enrolled in the pricing plan and includes:

  • Product-level enrollment
  • Historical inventory levels
  • Ability to remove products
  • Ability to apply offsets to individual SKUs

This is where you maintain SKU-specific details tied to the plan.

Configuration Tab

Configuration allows you to:

  • Change the pricing strategy

  • Review historical changes made to the plan

This is your primary control center for modifying plan behaviour.

  • Manage min/max rules influenced by other plans

For a detailed overview, see: Dynamic Pricing Relationships.
